From I-80, take Exit #161, southbound to Bellefonte and State College via Rt. 220 (I-99). Proceed southward to Exit #78B (Bellefonte). The exit ramp merges onto Benner Pike/PA 150N. From Philadelphia, Washington DC, Pittsburgh, and points SOUTH via PENNSYLVANIA TURNPIKE (I-76):

Take Exit 146 (Bedford, Pennsylvania) to northbound I-99. At the outskirts of State College, I-99 becomes US 322. Continue on US 322 to Rt. 220 North/I-99 North. Proceed northward to Exit #78B (Bellefonte). The exit ramp merges onto Benner Pike/PA 150N. Go straight through the first light. Convenient alternate routes exist from Pittsburgh and Points West via US 22 to Altoona (and then to State College via I-99) and from Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington, DC and points East via Harrisburg and US 322 (and then to I-99 North via State College).
