William Milliron is a Professional Engineer (PE) with 24 years' experience in operations and supply chain management, spanning global manufacturers in the telecommunications, semiconductor, and electronics industries. Prior to joining NanoHorizons in 2008, he served as Vice President of Global Manufacturing at C-COR Incorporated, a top-tier provider to the cable industry, where he was also Director of Corporate Internal Auditing.  Mr. Milliron’s special area of expertise includes process analysis and process improvements aligned with widely used national and international quality standards. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters of Engineering in Engineering Science and Mechanics, both from Penn State University.
